Expert Make Up Tips For Winter
Skin changes in winter, which makes it important to review your skincare and make up routines. You may notice your skin feeling tighter so try using a moisturiser that is slightly richer. Check that it has an spf factor in it to help protect your skin from the cold weather. I like to use No7 Instant Radiance balm (£15) over the top of my moisturiser to give my skin a boost.
If your cheeks are especially dry, cream blushers are a fantastic alternative to powder.
If you have dry skin use a small amount of powder to set your make up base because it can settle in dry patches. Mineral powders are a great option because they contain natural precious gem stones that provide a radiant finish.
Lips suffer in winter so apply lip balm regularly, Carmex has a new cherry flavour out which has a hint of colour and spf 15.
When it comes to your eyes have a go at smokey eyes with lots of black eyeliner, it is always a look featured on the Autumn/Winter Catwalks and once mastered looks fabulous.
